Job Opportunity – Business Services Specialist – 4C for Children – Dayton, OH

As a Business Services Specialist, you have the opportunity to impact the supply and quality of child care in our region by working with potential child care providers. You will directly impact children's lives by helping new and expanding child care programs understand and navigate the licensing process and establish quality environments. Additionally, you will increase access to child care by helping new child care business owners get a strong start.
We are looking for talented people with:
- 3-5 years of experience in child care program leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills to clearly communicate detailed processes and compliance standards
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- A passion for helping improve the lives of young children
- This role will require a current driver's license, automobile insurance, access to a reliable automobile, and the ability to safely lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds

Our standard work week is 37.5 hours and we work from home on Mondays. We offer 16 days of PTO during your first year, and you will accumulate more each year you are here.
