Job Description:
Define, collect, monitor and report on AA&P metrics.
- Prepare meeting materials for various AA&P and business partner status meetings.
- Coordinate onboarding and extension paperwork for team contractors.
- Create and maintain Getting Started guide.
- Compile and maintain non-functional requirements checklist.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks for adherence to policy and standards.
- Coordinate weekly AA&P team meeting.
- Monitor work requests and projects.
- Work with various project managers in AA&P to provide initial work request estimates.
- Provide consolidated project roadmap and status reporting to all level of management in various formats.
- Monitor and report on industry and competitor services and technologies.
- Other duties as assigned. Proven experience as a Program Manager
- Superb attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communications
- Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Daptiv, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Good project management and knowledge of associated tools
- Familiarity with technology functional areas (information security, infrastructure, applications, etc.)
- Minimum three years of experience in project/program management
- Experience in financial services is preferred (record keeping, fund complex, RIA, wealth management or broker dealer)
