The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, system enhancements, and integrations for Dynamics 365 and related applications. In this role, the individual will leverage deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform across multiple areas like Operations, Procurement, Finance, Sales & Logistics and help implement, maintain, and enhance current implementation. The candidate will be able to see the holistic picture of existing implementation in its current state and offer recommendations to meet future business requirements. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

• Act as subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and its various modules and provide lead in designing enhancements while supporting the existing implementation
• Primary responsibility for system configuration and solution design
• Work with business users to design and deploy new requirements and integrations across all deployments
• Take ownership of the application and its design
• Use their knowledge of business processes and Dynamics 365 to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives
• Work with third-party vendors to analyze, architect, and integrate solutions to a Dynamics environment
• Assist in project management and execution
• Define and analyze high-level functional requirements
• Perform impact analyses of any new solutions/changes implemented to the current solution
• Demonstrate industry best practices and how they would be delivered in the solution
• Capable of high-level architectural design and assisting with data management to achieve desired outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical-oriented field
• Minimum of 4 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV 14 ERP
• Has been involved in one or more Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Experience supporting operations, procurement, sales, accounting, and similar business areas.
• Extensive experience working with ISV’s and integration with different platforms.
• Visual studio, SSRS, and/or Power Bl are plus.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
• Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
