Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Processing acquisition, financial, and budgetary transactions to build and maintain spend plans, execute current year funds, move funds between cost center and complete actions in the Agency's financial systems (i.e., CMIS and FACTS). - Communicating effectively with Program Managers, Business Financial Managers, Contract Managers, and mission customers to ensure requirements are well defined to ensure proper execution. - Applying concepts and processes related to acquisition, finance, and budget related transactions to prepare reports and support the preparation and maintenance of spend plans and Basis of Estimates. - Providing timely and accurate responses to requests for assistance or information. - Process acquisition, financial and budgetary transactions by preparing pre-award execution activities, manage and administer contracts, compute entitlements (e.g. pay, travel and contractor invoices), prepare vouchers to authorize payments, post certified execution documents, prepare reports, execute current year funds, move funds between cost centers, and complete actions in FACTS.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. ENTRY/DEVELOPMENTAL Entry level is with a high school diploma or GED. Experience working with basic office resources (e.g., email, web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics), performing administrative tasks, and/or customer service is desired.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $32,570 - $65,831 (Entry/Developmental) On-the job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with basic 8 hr/day work requirements (flexible), with core office hours between 1000-1400. Additional hours may be required occasionally to meet up-tempo finance and or mission requirements.
