We are seeking an upbeat, fun loving, energetic individual with weekend availability to work in a fun and beautiful atmosphere.
This individual must have great communication skills, enjoy working as a team player, and provide outstanding customer service. Must haves are to greet all customers with a smile, work in a team atmosphere, be able to communicate effectively to guests, be able to manage a "rush" in a calm manner and make guests feel welcome. Responsibilities are and not limited to: taking orders, understanding the menu, answering the phone, maintain an immaculately clean facility and take pride in every aspect of your work.
Our customers have learned to expect friendly service with a smile from the employees at Café Oliva, and we are excited to be adding to our team!
Minimum requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Customer service experience
- Outgoing customer service personality
- Energetic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize duties
- Honest work ethics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capable to stand long hours
- Ability to follow directives
Background screenings, and direct deposit information will be required for all new hires.
Covid-19 vaccinations required
