Call Center Shift Lead

Today, we have over 150 professional staff team members ready to tackle the home improvement needs of our customers. Our call center is expanding, and we have an immediate need for top notch leaders that will deliver a high level of customer service with pride. Help us help others.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize converting leads to qualified appointments
• Analytical and process oriented
• Lead by example leader
• Inbound / outbound calls through multiple lead generation channels prompt and professional fashion
• Serve as initial point of contact for potential customer via phone, email, and other state of the art technology
• Review / qualify information provided by customer to confirm accuracy, determine availability for in-home sales consultation
• Educate, clarify, and confirm customer regarding scheduling, cost, etc. to schedule sales consultation as soon as possible
• Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness
• General admin /accounting paperwork

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience is preferred but open to entry level candidates
• Ability to juggle various work activities
• Ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties
• Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing goals, being responsible for one’s own actions, performance, and decision
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Flexibility to assist team and colleagues during times of leave or absence
• Handle complaints swiftly and effectively and by proactively providing solutions and options to address these
• Ability to learn products and services through training.

· Performance Focused Pay – base hourly rate + unlimited incentive

· Work hours Monday – Thursday 12pm-8:30pm Friday 10am-6pm shift coverage maybe needed

· Hourly Base + Bonus and incentive structure equal to $18/hr - $25/hr plus
