Position Summary: Contact current & past customers to remind them of their Furnace Maintenance and to schedule that appointment. We reach out to customers by phone twice per year. You would be attempting to reach up to 160 customers per day via our automated system.
Required Qualifications:
HVAC experience NOT necessary

Professional phone etiquette

Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening

Organized with attention to detail

Comfortable learning new software & operating multiple applications simultaneously

Appointment setting experience helpful
High school diploma or equivalent required
