ABOUT THE ROLE*
As a Call Center Concierge, you will curate travel and event experiences, fulfill research requests, coordinate errands, and inevitably unlock a life of stress-free living for our clients and members. You will focus on providing exceptional service to clients in travel, entertainment arrangements, gift-buying, meeting/party/special event planning, errand running, research, and much more.

Work in the office and work at home*
Each week, you will have the opportunity to spend your core days in the office with the team. All non-core days will be spent working at home. We're looking for people who are available Monday through Friday to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. This is a full-time position located in Miami, Florida, just minutes away from Miami International Airport. The salary is $17.00 per hour, and you're eligible for a quarterly bonus as well.

CALL CENTER CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *
- Handle inbound calls while offering the highest level of customer service.
- Perform a wide range of requests including event tickets, dining reservations, travel research and bookings, gift suggestions, and scheduling personal appointments and services.
- Follow up on services rendered and document all request activity to ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company invoicing and reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Create and run reports daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Promote collaboration with team members and management, and sustain a respectful work environment.
- Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
- Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization.
CALL CENTER CONCIERGE JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2 or more years of customer service experience
- Travel industry, hospitality, or concierge background preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients verbally and/or written
- Possess an exemplary positive attitude and passion for offering unmatched service beyond expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in the position
