Call Center Representative, Behavioral Health Center Check-In/Check Out
Looking for individuals with great interpersonal skills and hands on experience working in a call center or front desk in a medical facility. The position would involve a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to multi-task the intake and discharge process. Individuals with previous call center experience is preferred for all three positions. These positions will be responsible for verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, triaging care issues, and assisting referrals. This position is a great fit for individuals who want to advance their career and be a part of team of professionals that strive to provide exceptional customer service. Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
- EHR systems: 2 years (Preferred)
- Multi-line phone systems: 2 years (Preferred)
