Benefits Call Center Representative
Starting Pay Rate is $17/Hour
Full time schedules between the hours of 10:30am – 7:10pm EST.
Nights and Weekends are required. Some OT required.
Must be located in El Paso, TX

About the Inbound Customer Service Advisor Role – Remote role:
As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from:
- Healthcare Benefits
- Retirement Benefits
- Additional Employee Perks
You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest standards of quality, guarantee customer satisfaction on every call, have natural empathy, determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution, and perform other duties as assigned.

- Have previous customer service and/or call center experience.
- Are a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues.
- Have strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer
- Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
- Have experience working with healthcare and employee benefits.
- Have extensive experience with typing and keyboarding.
- Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers
- Have the ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program (4-6 weeks)
Shifts for this position typically fall within the hour bands below:
Monday – Sunday 10:30am – 7:10pm EST
To meet our requirements, you should:
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Have at least one year of high volume call center experience
- Have strong typing and keyboarding experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be courteous and friendly with high degree of professionalism
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Be flexible in working hours, including nights and weekends
