- Pay rate: Base pay of $18.50 P/H with incentives to earn more
- Location: Remote, Florida
- Contract to permanent position

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Benefits Specialist:
- Educate customers on services provided
- Respond to customer queries and questions
- Meet performance and sales goals

- Call center environment
Job Requirements for the Benefits Specialist:
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficient in MS office and outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable in a call center setting
- 2 years' experience in sales preferred
- Reliable transportation
