Our kitchen team is looking to hire someone with a positive attitude and a great work ethic to support our current demand. Kitchen experience preferred.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Work with Kitchen Production Manager to maintain weekly production schedule based on sell through analytics
- Preparing confections based on standardized recipes and procedures
- Maintain high level of attention to detail in production and quality control
- Following guidelines set in place to ensure product quality and kitchen standards
- Maintain product levels and supply, staying on pace with production schedule
- Clean, mop, sanitize, and organize kitchen supplies
- Package final units for retail stores as needed
Candidates must have reliable transportation. All candidates must be 21+ in order to be considered.
Compensation
This role will pay between $17 to $19 an hour depending on experience. Bonus opportunities are available based on packaging goals. Health benefits available to full time employees after 90 days of employment.
