Position Summary

• Directly supervise clients in treatment at Silver Pines
• Ensure clients abide by program schedule and clinical requirements
• Ensure the health and safety of all clients
• Coordinate and support psycho-educational groups
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the treatment facilities.
• Mentor and support clients in a professional manner

Position Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment by cleaning and reporting any hazards
• Help Clients by providing information, services, and assistance
• Support clients to travel when necessary
• Support clients to engage in treatment plans
• Supervise and implement program scheduling around groups, 12 step meetings, etc.
• Supervise and implement rule compliance by clients around, possession of restricted items, community integration, scheduling, chores, etc.
• Coordinate and assist in implementing psycho-educational groups
• Document and report (to leadership) client issues and concerns
• Support fire safety and physical wellness of clients by completing 30 min checks on all clients
• Complete other duties and tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum of high school Diploma
• 1 Year experience in the human service field providing direct support preferred
• Knowledge and experience with 12 step and disease model recovery supports
• 1 year experience in customer service or general service industry preferred
• Knowledge and experience with basic Microsoft software packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Drivers License and at least 5 years of driving experience
• Enthusiastic and compassionate personality
• Ability to physically lift up to 15 pounds, at times up to 50 pounds
• Must have a functioning cell phone that is able to make and receive phone calls

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate with peers/general public, clients and/or vendors
• Tolerant to various noise levels: noise level in the work environment varies may be very quiet to moderate
• Job performance will require the ability to move throughout the building as well as sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch
