The ideal CareGiver will service multiple clients in a day/week and is looking for a long term job. The CareGiver will be extremely reliable and have a valid Driver's License, reliable automobile and current auto insurance. We are currently looking for a reliable very PART TIME Care Partner! Care Partners must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance!

Fort Lupton Schedule Below:
Mondays 9:30am-12:30pm
Wednesday 9:30am-12:30pm
Friday 9:30am-12:30pm
These shifts are all in Fort Lupton

Job duties:
Be extremely reliable
Have the ability to build & sustain meaningful relationships with our clients
Have great communication with the Office, Clients & Clients family
Must be able to perform Homemaking tasks and Personal Care tasks
Companionship (playing games, doing crafts, taking a walk)
Meal prep (prep & cook meals, remove expired foods, maintain grocery list)
Medication Reminder
Running errands & transportation of certain clients
Lift a minimum of 30lbs

Job Requirements:
Must be able to perform all Job Duties listed above
Must be 18 years of age or older
Comply with Homewatch CareGivers & State COVID 19 Policy’s
_Must have reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance_
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Have a positive and helpful attitude
Be very reliable for any assignment you agree to take
