ITC is seeking energetic, caring, positive individuals to work with developmentally disabled children in our after school program!

Shift schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 1:45pm-7:00pm, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00pm-7:00pm. *schedule will vary on school special release days and school breaks including fall, winter, spring and summer vacations*

After School Program Staff(DTT DCW) are responsible for providing direct supervision, social interaction, and compassionate care to school-aged special needs individuals. Duties may also include assisting with medication, feeding, transferring and changing clothing/diapers; depending on individual member needs.

During your shift, you will be interacting with both program participants and ITC teammates. Our members love to play games, go for walks to the park, shoot hoops, watch movies, work on crafts and talk!

We would prefer our Program Staff be willing to transport members for short distances in a company van or minivan, but it's not a deal breaker.

Our program is conveniently located in Mesa, near University Dr. and Lindsay Rd.

Requirements (certifications must be obtained within the first 14 days of employment):

• Must be at least 18 years of age by start date
• Pass a Criminal History backgroud check to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/ First Aid Certification
• Article 9 Certification

Preferred additional qualifications:

• Physically able to lift up to 40lbs
• Able to be a company driver
• Prevention and Support certification
• Positive attitude, team player
