• Speak calmly to your clients when they react negatively to your care.
• Look for ways to improve and update your care.
• Ask if you are causing the client pain; if yes, stop immediately and seek professional help or a different position.

Job Description: We're looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team in providing excellent care for our senior clients. Caregivers work with our clients to assist with activities of daily living, occasional light housekeeping, escorting to/from meals, meal prep, transfer assistance, grooming, cooking, showering and other various assisted living services as needed.

Our caregivers have the unique opportunity to demonstrate a selfless service by caring for those who may not understand or appreciate their efforts. As a team, our caregivers seek to bring not only safety but also joy to the client and for the family members who have entrusted them to our care.

Qualifications:

• Work authorization (Required)
• 1 year (Preferred) not necessary
• Minimum high school education or GED. CNAs welcome!

- be 18 years or older-pass a criminal background check (required for all employees)

-be responsible and self-motivated to work independently but also cooperative and encouraging as part of a team

-have a humble caring attitude for providing service to clients who struggle with an array of emotions and needs in various stages of life

-be able to speak professionally and compassionately to families dealing with their loved ones.

-demonstrate dependability and follow-through

-pay attention to details, provide consistent, valid drivers license and excellent care

Location: seeking caregivers in Orange County and Inland Empire area (Beaumont, Banning, Riverside, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
