No experience? No problem. We'll conduct an orientation in which we support you utilizing our computers to review and receive the training you'll need to be a champion in helping the most vulnerable in our population.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

· -Must be 18 years

· -Must pass a Background check

· -Initial drug screening upon hiring (If THC "marijuana" is detected you will be asked to show proof of a medical card).

Wage Compensation:

Depending on your experience, you can make as much as $17.50 to start. (Caregivers with no experience begin at $14/hr. but will receive a $1 raise upon completion of their certifications) Further raises are attainable with perfect attendance and positive reviews.

Incentive program:

· $100 sign on bonus once you work 100 hours, plus a $100 bonus for any friends that you refer! (New hire must complete 100 hours of service)

· Gift cards for perfect attendance/positive reviews through Google and Yelp. Potential bonuses for short notice/special circumstance shifts.

During our orientation, you will have the opportunity to complete:

· Fingerprint Clearance Card

· First Aid/CPR

· TB Test

· Covid Vaccination ($50 bonus for complete vaccination cards)

· (All expenses are refundable after 90 days of consistent service)

This job is hands-on, and you will be working directly with clients in their homes. Many of our caregivers enjoy the fact that they have one on one time with the clients in their homes. This provides you with the opportunity to develop long term friendships and positively impact their lives. All of this without the pressure of the corporate push for productivity.

Services you may provide include but are not limited to:

Personal Care: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, exercise
Transportation: appointments, shopping, errands
Household Care: Light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
Companionship: conversation, reminders, interact with hobbies, play games
