WesleyLife is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are currently seeking compassionate team members to join our In-Home Services team in the Des Moines Metro, Ames, Newton, Pella, Indianola and Atlantic, Iowa! We are looking for a PT aide in Newton.

The minimum pay rate for this position is $14.50/hour for non-certified aides and $16.30/hr for a CNA. Starting pay rates will be based on years of experience.

As a Home Care Aide, you will provide the support that will allow our clients to live as independently as possible. Your principal responsibilities will include:

• Travels to complete visits for each assignment at the pre-scheduled time and location
• Provide clients the attention needed to create a sanitary and orderly environment
• Assist with personal care including bathing, nail and skincare, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, home management, and safety-related functions

With our In-Home Services team, flexibility is the key to our success! We offer various shifts and schedules 24/7 with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours a week! You are reimbursed for your drive time between visits at 58.5 cents per mile. • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, valid vehicle insurance, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-hire background check, drug screen
• Must remain nicotine and tobacco free while on the job
