This unique opportunity allows for individuals, who may have been out of the workforce for several years or those seeking a new and rewarding challenge in life, to start a new career without feeling burdened by the upfront cost of continuing education, training, and certification.

Participants of the Caregiver Career Pathway will not only get their education paid for upfront: We will ALSO pay, those selected for the program, a competitive hourly wage while in scheduled class/clinical settings.

This program is geared toward individuals who are passionate about care giving and those who are searching for a way to positively impact the lives of others in a new career.

Candidates selected for this program will be placed in our Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, upon successful completion of the CNA course, and are expected to work a minimum of one (1) year at full-time employment status (30-40 hours/week).
