Here at Home Instead we are looking for responsible caregivers to help provide quality care for our seniors in the North Hills area. Some clients need less than others and Home Instead is here to do everything we can to make you as successful as possible with all of our clients! Top qualities we are looking for are caring individuals with a heavy heart, great personal skills, and communication skills so that we can ensure the client is well cared for in their Home! Empty Nesters and Retirees a Plus!
We have a large amount of shifts for evenings and weekends in the Sewickley Area, and a large amount of daylight and weekend hours in the Ross Township area. Both of our biggest needs involve clients with a couple of pets, so having that is a plus!

Primary Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance. We are currently looking for people to drive clients to the store and doctor's appointments
• Experience is preferred however we do provide training as a part of our hiring process
