Job Summary

We are currently looking for a part-time Case Manager to help ABC service our clients and behavior technicians by taking on a supervision caseload. This is a great position and opportunity for individuals enrolled or completing their Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a case manager, frequent collaboration and support from your BCBA in the field will be provided to ensure the best ways to serve our clients.

All Case Manager applicants must show proof of future or current enrollment in an ABA Masters program.

ABC Tier System

CM Tier Level 1: $24-$26 Per Hour (1+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 25-50% of ABA master program completed (must show proof), and RBT certification (not required))

CM Tier Level 2: $27- $29 Per Hour (1+ years of experience in the field of ABA, 90% of ABA master program completed (must show proof), and RBT certification)

CM Tier Level 3: $30-$31 Per Hour (2+ years of experience in the field of ABA, ABA master program completed, and RBT certification)

General Accountabilities

• Meeting 60-90 billable hours per month
• Follow up with vinelands if there is no ACM
• Introducing new staff to their cases
• Training and supporting BI out in the field and any extra help that they may need
• Refill data sheets and materials
• Data Analysis- discuss with the BCBA on the case
• Feedback forms for the BI
• Create program checklist
• Body of the progress report (ex. Data, skill acquisition, PHI and comments)
• Enter goals onto Theralytics
• Implementing Parent Training goals
• Collaborations with the BCBA
• IEP collaborations with school
• Notify families about shadowing schedules
• Shadow on FBA’s
• Support FBA report writing
• Support with running BI Meetings
• Support with the clinical trainings on the onset of new hires starting with us.

Job Qualifications

• Experience/exposure with ABA, DTT, PRT, PECS, NET, and DR procedures is preferred. (not required)
• Experience in the field of ABA
• Current or future (within 3 months) enrollment in ABA Master's level program
• RBT Certification (for individuals that have already completed their Masters program)
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunization, CPR training & certification
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance is required
• Part-Time prospects must be available between the hours of 2-8 pm, also a minimum of 4 days out of the week, Monday-Saturday
