Green Mountain Power is seeking a Cash Payment Processor to join our Finance Team.

In this role you'll:

• Assist in ensuring all customer payments are processed accurately and timely, to include research and application of payments.
• Cancel returned payments
• Support Customer Energy Consultants in providing timely responses to customer payment inquiries
• Serve as company liaison to banking institutions.
• Make bank deposits
• Correct payment posting errors
• Set up of Customer AutoPay Payments
• Monitor accounts that require alternate payment options
• Apply VT Fuel Assistance payments and reconcile
• Import bank files
• Balance Receivables daily
• Support the accounts payable process
