General: The purpose of this job is to greet and assist customers in the store and on the telephone and then to finalize their purchases.
Essential Job Functions: The primary job functions, as assigned by the supervisor, are as follows:
- Meet and greet customers
- Answer the telephone and take telephone orders
- Finalize customer purchases
- Assist with stocking merchandise
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts
- Help keep store clean and neat
- Such other job function as requested by the supervisor
- Weekend availablity is required
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of High School diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of one to three years of sales experience or related experience.
- Skills: MicrosoftOffice, communication skills, data analysis skills and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge/Technology/Tools: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail point of sales system.
