RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always work ready and prepared to immediately respond to emergency towing and recovery incidents such as crashes, breakdowns, and off-road recoveries.
- Professional communication with emergency responders, customers, and staff.
- Maintain positive work environment to promote long term employment.
- Follow industry standards for safely towing, recovering, and transporting vehicles and equipment.
- Keep trucks, equipment, and facilities professional, compliant, and work ready
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Daily use of mobile applications and technology.
TCTR LOCATIONS:
Blaine, Crystal, Dayton, Oakdale, Saint Anthony, Saint Paul, White Bear Lake
COMPENSATION:
Salary Range - $50,000 to $150,000

PREREQUISITES:
- Commercial Driver’s License – Class A
- DOT Health Card
- Drug free

- Towing & Recovery Association of America (TRAA) o Towing & Recovery Operator Certification Program
