We are looking for a Center Director to join our pediatric therapy team at Riverstone (Missouri City, TX)! Center Directors must be a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As our Center Director you will be responsible for the overall management of the center, providing leadership, guidance, and management of your clinic team. As a leader on our clinical team you will be bringing life-changing care that affects entire families today, tomorrow, and years into the future, while also overseeing the wellbeing and growth of our team members.

• You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric professionals.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited about building relationships with other pediatric professionals, managing the center’s budget, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensuring the clinic meets productivity minimums.
• You have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, and must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Other specialties considered.
• Those who know you describe you as having unflappable patience and compassion. Autism affects each person in diverse ways, and you will need to provide consistent, calm care and follow-up.

Our interview process

We care deeply about our teams and the people who make them up. Our interview process is designed to make you feel like you know us and are a good fit for our kiddos. The first step in our interview process is a video chat with a member of our recruiting team. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about us. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session.
