Overview:
The Certified Home Health Aide provides personal care for residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. Personal care includes, but is not limited to, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, assisting with ambulation, positioning, grooming, etc. The focus of these positions will be supervision of residents during the meal times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Home Health Aide by New York State.
- CPR Required
The Desired Candidate:
- Must be able to safely assist with administering medications to residents.
- Must be patient, caring and empathetic toward the residents, high stress tolerance and ability to maintain a positive calm manner at all times.
- Must be able to read and understand nursing care plan information and to translate such information into safe, efficient and timely resident care.
- Must have the ability to consistently work in a cooperative team effort
Schedule:
Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem positions available. Specific schedules can be discussed at time of interview.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

- HHA Certification from the State (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
