We specialize in the care of Adult and Pediatric patients, so an easygoing, easy to get along personality is a must, most importantly someone who is intersted in taking care of the patinet as a TEAM with other staff members. We offer longer visits, see less patients in a day (15/day), in order to better diagnose and treat Allergic condititions affecting the Sinus, Lung, skin, Immune, and Gastrointestinal system, with a whole body integrative model. We care greatly about finding ways to better support the needs of our patients, so patient education becomes a big part of your role.

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with a strong understanding of allergies and immunology to work in our clinics. The right candidate should have previous experience in providing administrative support, and will assist in the ordering and stocking of medical supplies, as well as ensuring that all medical centers are well stocked with medical equipment and supplies. The medical assistant will also be responsible for preparing patients for examinations and conducting simple medical processes including taking vital signs and accurately recording clinical information in patient charts.

Responsibilities:

• Advise patients about immunization schedules and recommended immunization schedules for those age groups, conditions, and travel destinations.
• Monitor the condition of patients throughout their hospital stay.
• Obtain consultation for difficult-to-diagnose cases from appropriate practitioners (e.g., infectious disease specialist, anesthesiologist).
• Assist with administration of immunizations and medication.
• Document patient information.
• Assist in a variety of clinical procedures during your training as an employee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
