SUMMARY

Progressive Dental Marketing is a full-service marketing and consulting agency that works exclusively with dentists and dental specialists nationally and internationally. We are looking for a Certified Training Specialist to work within our mentorship program, The Closing Institute. The Certified Training Specialist oversees the training and development needs of The Closing Institute, Progressive Dental’s ongoing dental sales mentorship program. The Certified Training Specialist will work cross functionally with the Director of Mentorship Operations to ensure successful client onboarding and implementation of the program’s methodology that takes place within the initial 45 days of onboarding.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.

• Acts as the liaison for new clients to Progressive Dental’s sales program to ensure system implementation within the first 45 days of the program.
• Completes initial program onboarding call to collect and prepare client information and serves as a resource for ongoing training calls as needed
• Assists practice in setting up recording system for treatment consult rooms as well as creation of any documentation needed for treatment presentation materials
• Works with Account Management department to review consultation recordings and offer constructive feedback to client to advance clients to next tier of training in program
• Works with Director of Mentorship Operations and other key administrative leaders to determine training priorities and strategies
• Using a learning management system, perform administrative tasks associated with training: schedule classes/courses, analyze the effectiveness of training and enrollee feedback
• Attends quarterly and monthly events to administer in-person training as needed
• Contribute to the development of instructional and participant materials, including objectives, training documentation, visual aids, testing, certification, training instruments, and course handouts. Provide feedback regarding effectiveness and ease of use
• Prepare activity and progress reports regarding training and project activities
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
