A Team Leader and Supervisor position at Chick-fil-A Market Street plays a vital role in the customer experience on a daily basis. He/She is expected to be a person that treats others with honor, dignity, and respect while maintaining a positive work environment. The director would be expected to obtain a satisfactory level in all areas of awareness, responsibility, and tenacity, computer assessment, documentation, and operational excellence. This person should be able to demonstrate a high knowledge of the following areas:

• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate customer, restaurant, and team member needs.
• Identify areas of operational breakdown and resolutions to these breakdowns.
• Demonstrate leadership responsibilities on a daily basis amongst team members and customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow through on all leadership expectations and hold team members accountable through documentation for their individual performances.
• Demonstrate the ability to properly document situations as they occur amongst the team.
• Lead the team to provide surprisingly fast service for our customers.
• Develop a work environment that promotes a refreshingly clean environment for all of our customers on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate the ability to set up a shift and run successful shifts throughout the peak hours.
• Coach team leaders and other team members on areas of the business where they can grow and develop on a professional level.
• Maintain a safe work environment and a safe eating environment for our customers.
• Displays a servant’s heart for both our customers and our team members.
