Key Role Responsibilities:
Partner with CEO & COO to establish priorities, agendas, integrate connected workstreams, ensure key decisions progress in a timely fashion and partner with key functions on execution and messaging.
Coordinate CEO and employee communication, partnering with Comms and HR (inclusive of content and cadence for Town Halls, Conference participation, skip level meetings, business reviews and offsites etc)
Prepare content for Monthly/ Quarterly Business Reviews with CEO & CFO, BNY Mellon
Partner with Pricing and Billing leads to reimagine our Asset Servicing pricing model across all products and establish risk appetite to flex.
Drive OneBNYMellon initiative across Asset Servicing
Define Asset Servicing’s go forward CRM strategy – Sales & Client Service
Own Partnership between Asset Servicing & Markets, deepening the cross business line relationships in AS for FX, Sec lending, Liquidity, and Outsourced Trading
Devise strategy for France, Switzerland, or other countries where we Asset Servicing have no local presence
Define Asset Servicing’s ESG strategy, ensuring that our offering is positioned to support our clients with their ESG requirements
Develop next iteration of the client profitability model, which can be leveraged enterprise wide.
Drive Employee engagement activity working with People Experience Lead and HR.
Lead workforce planning efforts for Asset Servicing, ensuring adherence to the plan in order to meet headcount and plan targets
Drive accountability across the management team and ensure effectiveness of CEO office (e.g. meeting preparedness, communication templates, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Business Heads, COO, CFO, Head of HR, Marketing, Communications and other business functions as needed.

Ability to balance extremely high attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically meaningful work

Qualifications:
Minimum of ten years’ experience within the Financial Services industry
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Experience managing teams with a demonstrated track record of process improvement and operational excellence

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $122,000 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
