We are presently seeking a full-time Chief Operations Officer (COO). Requirements include: Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a minimum of ten (10) years in a senior management position, OR a combination of similar/relevant training and experience in business development. Must possess management skills, broad understanding of organizational systems and structures and must be able to work in diverse roles. Must be a team player and possess good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

General Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Under the guidance of the CEO, and with the intent to ensure proper utilization of medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare resources in the provision of care, the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been created to ensure the effective execution, monitoring and management of the organization's operational service delivery.
  • The COO will help ensure that services are developed, designed, and provided in an efficient and satisfactory manner that enhances the long-term business viability, profitability, and functionality of the organization consistent with the expectations of our stakeholders.
  • The COO will provide company-wide oversight of the development of high quality and high value-added customer-oriented services and improvements.
  • The COO will ensure that GPHA's resources and services are focused on companywide basis to optimally satisfy the healthcare needs of GPHA customers and enhance overall profitability and service delivery.
  • Organizationally, the COO will work as part of the executive management team of GPHA and will collaborate with administrative and operating departments to ensure the operational and strategic success of GPHA. The role requires significant leadership skill and ability.
