Marine Credit Union (MCU) seeks a dynamic and transformational leader to join its Executive Leadership Team as the
Chief Service Delivery and Experience Officer!:
Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, this newly created position, the Chief Service Delivery and Experience Officer, will serve as a pivotal leader in delivering exceptional experience for Marine Credit Union members and igniting the Credit Union's future growth. The incumbent will establish direction for planning and executing all aspects of the member experience, including Marine Credit Union’s 19 branch locations, contact center, marketing, as well as member experience and digital product solutions. This individual will lead the overall strategic direction of the member engagement initiatives while optimizing growth areas within their current and future markets.
This executive will Identify and understand where technology can effectively and strategically support the business goals. A successful candidate must be an influencer of change, leading with a business acumen approach in budgeting and operational effectiveness management. A strong knowledge of Banking/Credit Union operations and risk management, including legal & compliance issues affecting the business, is critical in this role.
With Employee retention over 75%, and above-benchmark engagement scores, this executive will continue to build upon the Marine Credit Union’s employee experience through leadership development, employee growth, and championing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
