The schedule for this role will be Monday Friday (10am-6:30pm) or (11am-7:30pm) & will work during school holidays or during school closing for child supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance with registration services for child development center, head start, elementary school, middle school, high school, summer camp and intercession
• Provides communication to team members about new enrollees and their demographic information and program assignment
• Completes basic assessment; needs assessments for families in Orientation
• Teaches the following courses for clients: Orientation, Parenting classes, and Psycho-educational groups for children
• Works in collaboration with Social Worker to complement the treatment for the family (individual parenting skills, family skills training, and working with family on basic skills-eating together, hygiene, structuring home environment)
• Maintains updated roster of children and distributes to team
• Maintains inventory supplies
• Coordinates life and holiday celebrations
• Transporting students to various locations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least one year experience working with children
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: CPR/First Aid Certification

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing, sitting and/or walking)
• Must be able to communicate accurate information
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to drive vehicle

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license
