MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Looking for someone that is trained and already has child support enforcement skills along with SETS abilities. But if not , minimum qualifications include: Must have any combination of training and work experience, which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to perform this job. An example of acceptable qualifications for this position may include experience or course work in child support enforcement techniques, knowledge of SETS, strong math skills, deductive reasoning skills, good verbal, and written communication skills. Child support program experience will have first opportunity and highest pay range according to experience and knowledge.

PAY RANGE: $32,136.00 to $49,920.00 annually based on experience. ($15.45 - $24.00 per hour)

DUTIES: Primary duties of this position are Child Support Case Management/Customer Service: The person in this position will manage cases to establish a support order. Processing, which includes verbal and written consumer communications, issuance of child support and medical support withholding orders, preparation of wage withholding statements to send to employers, initiation of bank account withdrawals, reviewing cases with non-payment for potential legal action, and preparation of court filings and entries and other legal documentation. (other duties will apply)
