- Seeking experienced individual(s) to shape and grow our Little Blessings throughout each and every day with dedication, love, and creativity
Requirements:
- Possess positive enthusiasm and ability to build relationships with families and coworkers on a daily basis
- Ability to maintain a safe workplace environment by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and to find resolutions for issues quickly
- Lead and teach children with ethical, professional, and responsible behavior
- Experience with/ or ability to create and execute lesson plans and curriculum for different age groups
- Ability to work and maintain a safe environment in high-stress situations
- Attend and participate in ongoing training
- Grooming, feeding, changing diapers, cleaning rooms, cleaning toys, etc.
- Physical demands: routinely lifting children/ active agility and mobility/ can sustain long hours of active work, etc.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid ID/ Drivers License
- Up-to-date 121 Immunization Form
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Able to meet state specific guidelines for the role, pass fingerprinting and background checks, and be willing to follow the state guidelines
- Must be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
- Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual interaction with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Other duties as assigned.
