Chiropractor Associate Job Summary

We are a fast growing, high volume, fast paced, Multi-Specialty Chiropractic office in St. Lucie County South Florida. We are seeking a talented and experienced Chiropractor to join us in providing excellent care for our patients. You must be a highly-skilled adjuster with a welcoming bedside manner. We are growing a team of caring, attentive individuals who listen to the needs of our patients and work hard to develop a treatment plan to decrease or eliminate pain and discomfort. You must have a current license to practice. At least one year of chiropractic experience is preferred, but we may be willing to train a new graduate who is excited to practice and motivated to learn.

Chiropractor Duties and Responsibilities

· Needs to be self-motivated, productive, great with people and be a great leader as well as team player

· Bilingual is a plus but not required (any and all languages accepted)

· Review the patient's medical history, listening to patients Concerns and performing an exam and advise patients on health and lifestyle issues such as, exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits.

· Have experience in various techniques (Preferred)

· Evaluate the patient's musculoskeletal system and spine to determine problem areas

· Perform/ provide neuromusculoskeletal therapy, which involves adjusting a patient’s spinal column and other areas by and or instrument

· Discuss the benefits of chiropractic care and explain your recommended treatment plan

· Provides additional treatments such as apply heat or cold, heat stim, ultrasound to patients’ areas if necessary

· Request X-rays when necessary

· Refer patients to other health care professionals as needed such as (MRI, Ortho, and as needed providers)

· Keep accurate patient records as well as generating notations and patient evals

· Knowledge of personal injury helpful but not required

Chiropractor Requirements and Qualifications

· Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program

· Current state license to practice (Florida)

· Bilingual is a plus (all languages accepted)

· Clinical (1 year preferred but not required)

· Knowledge of current industry trends and state and federal requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-related software such as Chiropractic software’s (ex: platinum systems))

· Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

· Doctorate (Required)

· Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
