Our opportunity is hospital employed and our practice is located in North Chelmsford, MA.
Snapshot of the practice and role:
- Well-established practice that has served the Greater Lowell community for many years
- Cohesive team including 13 physicians and 5 NPs
- Ideal schedule is full-time
- Provides primary health care to individuals of all ages, and are responsible for history taking; physical and developmental assessment; diagnosis; and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Ordering diagnostic and laboratory studies; making referrals to medical and therapeutic specialists; prescribing medications, supplies and devices; and educating and counseling patients
