What You’ll Do: As a Claim Service Representative I, your main focus will be to make sound decisions on policy claims while reviewing, investigating, evaluating, negotiating and settling assigned claims involving multi-line insurance coverage. You must keep a service-oriented attitude at all times by maintaining professional and productive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, agents, agency managers, claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and more. No two days are the same, so flexibility is key as you will have other duties as assigned.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to attend training schools and meetings as required.
• Strong phone skills required as approximately 60-70% of the time will be spent on the phone.
• Excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required (some travel including overnight stays may be required).
• Must be able to work out of our Las Cruces or Albuquerque office.
