Ryan's Express Freight, Inc. is a family-owned/operated FTL/LTL trucking company looking for professional career-oriented individuals who value working in a team environment. We specialize in hauling various types of palletized Dry Goods (e.g. electronics, new furniture, seeds, coffee beans, trade-show materials, etc.). Our terminal is in San Leandro, CA where you will start and end your route daily.

We are looking for a Local-to-Local Class C Commercial Driver for our PM shift and AM shift.

Shifts Available:

- Monday-Friday starting between 06:00-07:00 A.M.

- Monday-Friday starting between 16:00-17:00 P.M.

Ryan's Offers:

· OT after 8 hours.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes.

· Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable current commercial driving experience.

· Able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug test.

· Must be able to pass a driving skills test.

· Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and written.

· Should have a working knowledge of the bay area.

· Clean record: No DUI's or Accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities:

· Pre-/post-trip vehicle inspections.

· Clear communication with dispatch and customers.

· Complete company paperwork and daily manifests.

· Proper time management.

· Safe driving practices.
