(Classified) Full Time Maintenance - Contract Based #2 Job at Guthrie Public Schools
TITLE: Full Time Maintenance position through June 30, 2022. Position we be reevaluated at end of contract.
QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates aptitude for successful completion of assigned tasks. HVAC and or Electrical experience preferred.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
JOB GOALS: To repair district facilities and equipment and construct new district facilities as assigned.
PAY GRADE: Refer to the Support Salary Schedule
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Do needed repair or maintenance on district owned facilities and equipment as directed.
2. Perform regular preventative maintenance on district owned equipment and facilities.
3. Be responsible for and care for district owned tools, leased vehicle and materials used in the performance of assigned tasks.
4. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations or the Director
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Twelve months a year.
