Job Shift:
This position is scheduled between 7:30 am - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Position Description:
duties include but are not limited to
- Demo/trash removal,
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Wiping surfaces with Servicemaster-approved cleaning chemicals
- Vacuuming
- Use of a machine scrubber.
- Work in various climates.
- MUST have a Valid State Driver's License.
- This position reports to the Construction Lead.
- Cleans the glass/mirror.
- Completes high dusting of the general areas.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Use proper PPE where required
- Ensure safety and OSHA standards
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Will provide on-the-job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
