The Position:
The Cleaning Supervisor oversees several their team of cleaners and cleaning tasks along with providing training to new cleaners.
- Supervises cleaners to carry out their work.
- Train new cleaners.
- Inspects the properties cleaned by cleaners.
- Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences.
- Ensures all cleaning equipment is well maintained and is safe for use.
- Checks on the stock level of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Must also be able to perform cleaning duties.
