Cleaning Attendant (Part Time) Job at Peoples Security Bank & Trust Company
Description:
Performs a variety of duties to maintain the Bank's offices in a clean and orderly condition including, but not limited to, the following:
Sweeps, mops, and scrubs rooms and hallways; vacuums carpets; cleans windows, furniture, and equipment; cleans/dusts stairways; empties trash; cleans rest rooms; maintains proper supplies in rest rooms; dusts as required.
Notifies Facilities Supervisor of equipment replacement/repairs needed or problems observed, i.e. replacement of light fixtures and light bulbs when needed, leaks, broken equipment or furniture.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills; basic reading and writing skills; ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, crawl, and lift items weighing 25 lbs. or less; visual and auditory skills.
