Job Description


Our distribution network is built to deliver stock to our stores and fulfill direct-to-consumer orders with speed and efficiency. Merchandise is shipped to our distribution centers ("DCs”), where it is received and inspected before being shipped to stores or direct-to-consumer customers. Our two company-owned DCs are in New Albany, Ohio and total more than 2 million sq. ft. The 1st Shift Production Planning and Inventory Control Clerical will learn core Planning functions with a focus on DC workload analysis, as well as core Inventory Control functions. The DC Planning and Inventory Control Clerical will have an assigned focus on completing job functions that align with the DC service level agreements as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels. The role requires accountability for completing daily workload plans, workload analysis, staffing and hours analysis, and various research and inventory duties.


What will you be doing?

  • Ensure tasks are completed within time constraints.
  • Learn multiple systems: RDM, Tableau, Crystal, RMS.
  • Obtain feedback from peers.
  • Identify process efficiency opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Build and email daily plans to DC departments.
  • Perform daily workload, staffing, and hours analysis for the DC departments.
  • Perform daily research and inventory duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What will you need to bring?

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1-2 years clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify and remove obstacles preventing success.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Able to work overtime, including extra days.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
