Orders all materials (e.g. truck and vehicle parts, forklift parts) for Fleet department; tracks costs, spending and inventory levels; identifies and records parts and part numbers; verifies correct materials are received.

Maintains fleet parts stockroom; ensures organization and cleanliness of stockroom and assigns materials to correct storage area; performs fleet inventory count according to established standards.
•
Records and files daily work orders performed by Fleet Mechanics and daily driver check off sheets; verifies that all work order requests are completed.
•
Tracks fuel levels in storage tanks and fuel usage by fleet on a daily basis; files fuel usage information and orders fuel from supplier as needed.
•
Communicates with co-workers, suppliers, and other employees regarding requests for information; supervisor and management team regarding and problems or issues.
•
Adheres to all company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. OSHA and safety requirements, Federal/State/Local Laws).
•
Completes and maintains inventory reports, daily fuel reports, fuel tracking reports, invoices and other required paperwork according to established standards.
•
Maintains confidentiality of department expenses (e.g. parts cost, fuel costs) vehicle accident information and other sensitive and confidential information.
•
Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.

Drives to supplier locations to pick up parts as needed.
Qualifications - External
Experience: 6-12 months of administrative experience.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of: beverage industry; fleet equipment practices and policies; fleet parts and forklift parts; Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in: internal and external customer service; organization; good housekeeping practices.
