Client Care Specialist duties include being the first point of contact for clients, handling client inquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, as well as admitting and discharging patients. As our first point of contact, you will be delivering personalized and dedicated client care to all patients and owners.

Exceptional communication skills and providing top-notch client service are just a couple of the skills it takes to be a successful Client Care Specialist. At least one year of veterinary experience is required. Some of the critical skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include:
