We have provided business process outsourcing services for over 25 years, processing and distributing over 240 million print and electronic documents annually for industries throughout the United States. Our platform distributes critical documents across multiple channels for Data Processing, Printing and Mailing, and our hosted Electronic Billing, Presentment and Payment applications.

What you will be doing:

  • Handle client implementations through kick-off calls, working with various departments to ensure critical tasks are given in an efficient manner to reduce project costs
  • Coordinate and manage assigned client projects from start to finish
  • Provide front-line support to our existing clients to ensure that standards are being met and maintained after the project launch
  • Handle new requests and/or modify existing programs
  • Work with our sales department for potential upsells with our clients
  • Other projects as assigned

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in a polished and professional manner
  • Must have at least 2 years of corporate experience in Business-to-Business environment
  • Team player, ability to work well with others
  • Strong work ethic
  • A sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet competing deadlines
  • Organized and detail-oriented, complete tasks in an accurate, meticulous, and careful manner
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and working in a corporate network
  • Must be proficient in general internet usage
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
