Position Summary: The Client Relations Associate supports Client Relations, Marketing and Business Development activities. Working with the Director of Client Relations, another Client Relations Associate, the Chief Investment Officer and members of the investment team, the Associate has an important role in effective and accurate communications to multiple stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Client Reporting Activities

* Monthly and quarterly client reporting

2. Marketing Activities

* Quarterly update of firm, product and performance data into 3rd party databases

* Creation and maintenance of firm and strategy fact sheets and pitchbooks

Additional Collaborative Support Responsibilities:

* Investment Strategy Composite Maintenance

* Quarterly update of the firm’s investment strategy composites

* Coordination of annual GIPS compliance verification

* Creation of prospect-specific presentations ahead of scheduled meetings

* CRM updates and maintenance

* Website maintenance and updates

* Social media content gathering and posting

3. Ad hoc duties as assigned (including other presentations, other client requests, marketing material updates, other marketing support)

Skills & Knowledge:

1. College graduate – Marketing, Business or Finance major preferred

2. Robust computer skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint

3. Basic knowledge of equity and fixed income securities

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills

5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently

5. Solid team orientation

7. Strong personal work habits (e.g. conscientious, detail-oriented); self-starter

8. Eager to learn

9. Excellent integrity and character

10. Strong attention to detail

11. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

In addition to base salary and benefits, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
