Qualified candidates will be responsible for accurately setting up clients into call capture database program, analyze database for responses and submit daily and/or weekly reports to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Familiarity in advertising, TV or digital media is a plus. Minimum of three years' experience in customer service, office setting or similar role. Requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Teams and Google docs. Associates degree or certificate of completion from trade school desirable. Will train candidate, previous experience not required.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
