RIA Client Services Associate
We are looking for an outgoing and joyful person who loves working with clients and solving their problems. If you get energized from talking to people, love checking things off of a list and stay on top of your tasks, then we are looking for you. You are the front line of support for clients and you help ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the Firm and our advisers.
Compensation:$40,000
Responsibilities:Administrative
- You will help ensure that the office is clean, presentable and ready to accept client visits.
- You will be responsible for scanning and filing firm documents and organizing them into the Firm's digital document storage
- You will update client info (for existing clients) or fill in new client info (for prospects onboarding as new clients) in the Firm's CRM as needed
Client Service
- This is where your people skills shine!- You will be greeting clients and walking them to the appropriate office
- You will work with the client's financial advisor to review client accounts and you will help onboard new clients
- You will be the master of scheduling. You will schedule calls with clients and ensure calls with advisers are documented in the client's file along with their Adviser's notes from the calls
- You will be delivering white glove services, including ensuring that clients receive reminder emails and calls before meetings, processing custodial and firm account paperwork (including account application, transfer of assets/move money, add advisor/advisor authorization, IRA distributions), sending out all approved paperwork to obtain the client's signature and facilitating various client requests to completion and/or resolve alerts and issues
Compliance
- Listen, you are working in a very regulated industry. So this position will have to make sure that client records are accurate and up to date.
Learning and Growth
- We want you to grow in your position and become the best you can be. Education and training are important to us, so you will undergo quarterly training relevant to your role. You will complete training courses on custodian sites, carrier sites, CRM, FinTech, Storage Solutions, advisor platforms and more.

- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word) for PC
- High School diploma or GED
